Skope
For all Online contract of Klickop e.K.: owner Marcus Tschacher apply to these general terms and conditions. Changes or amendments to these general
terms of business are only valid, if agreed upon in writing.
contract conclusion
The presentation of goods in the online shop does not represent a binding offer of Kickop, but a request to you to submit such a binding offer. You can order from our online shop by clicking on the "BUY" button to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Your order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract with regard to the goods ordered. Klickop shall confirm the receipt of your order in writing (e-mail). This confirmation of receipt shall not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. The purchase contract shall come into effect when Klickop ships the ordered goods to you.
Payment
you can pay with Bank Transfer, Paypal and you can pay in cash at collection.
The delivery of the products ordered will be carried out after receipt of payment.
Until the delivered product has not been paid in full, it remains our property.
Shipment
We don't deliver to packaging stations.
Language
This translation is just of indicative character. The contractual language remains German.
Jurisdiction
As far as admissible, the court in Berlin Germany shall have jurisdiction for all disputes.
