Trampa Hub Bolt Kit

The bolt kit is used specifically for constructing the TRAMPA HYPA hub. All TRAMPA Bolts are Dipped in Blue locking paste whilst all of the nuts have been fitted with the world renowned 'Nylock' locking system to ensure the most secure fix possible. Push the nut into the housing in the Hub & using a 3mm allen key to turn the Bolt through the hub & into the nut. Try not to over tighten the Bolt as the Nut will ultimately spin in its housing. Ensure all your Nuts & Bolts are nice & tight before you ride!

The M4 x 40mm Socket Capped Bolt Kit is used specifically for constructing TRAMPA SUPERSTAR hubs. Marine Grade Stainless steel Socket capped bolts fit absolutely perfectly! All TRAMPA bolts are Dipped in Blue Locking Paste whilst all of the M4 Nuts have been fitted with the world renowned 'Nylock' locking system to ensure the most secure fix possible. Using a 3mm Allen Key to turn, screw the M4 x 40mm bolt through the Superstar spokes connecting them to the hub. When the Bolt exposes itself on the other side of the Hub use your hand to slip the M4 Nut. Then, using a 7mm ratchet spanner to turn the nut and a 3mm Allen key to hold the bolt, tighten the M4 nuts evenly onto the M4 Bolts.  Ensure all your nuts & bolts are tight before you ride!
